The “MCC” is designed for the rapid processing of large quantities of PET bottles, beverage cans, and Tetra Paks. It can also sort reusable PET containers. The modular design of the system allows for customization to meet different market and capacity requirements.

Easy Operation and Maximum Efficiency
The Micro Counting Center is easy to operate and can be controlled intuitively by a single employee. Containers can be emptied directly from a bag into the feed hopper as bulk material. The insensiv spiral separation technology ensures that the containers are separated. The subsequent counting and sorting are also fully automated.
To ensure maximum uptime, the relevant components of the system are easily accessible to operators and service personnel for cleaning and maintenance purposes. All operating instructions are displayed clear and easy to follow on the user terminal. An optimized process flow ensures a seamless transition between two container bags.
Reliable Verification and Container Sorting
For many years, insensiv has been a leading supplier of recognition technology for verifying beverage containers at reverse vending machines. Our proven recognition components ensure reliable and DRS-compliant veryfication of every single container. Tamper protection between container recognition and invalidation is guaranteed at all times.
What makes this system unique is that containers not recognized during the first pass are automatically routed through the system again for a second chance (“hope run”). This increases the recognition rate and, as a result, improves billing accuracy and the matching of containers to their respective bags.
