Which data are processed?
Personal data means any information relating to your identity. This is for example your name, address, telephone number or your e-mail address. In special cases we need your name and your address and maybe other data to reply your enquiry and to fulfill the requested services. This includes for example the sending of brochures/flyer or other information or to answer your questions. If necessary, we will advise you accordingly. As far as we ask you for further data, this is voluntary information. Your personal data which you made available will be solely processed for the mentioned purpose. Legal basis of this data processing is point (b) of Article 6 (1) GDPR.
For further personal data which are optional we assume that the processing is based on legitimate interests (point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR). Our legitimate interests are to perform our services according to our agreement.
For enquiries without a customer relationship with us we process your data for the purposes of distribution, marketing and advertising. You can at any time withdraw consent of the processing of your personal data for advertising.
With using our websites, the following data will be processed for technical and organisational reasons:
• IP address of the visitors
• Name of the called websites
• Date and time of the access
• Name of the used browsers and the version
• Name of the search engine or the external links
• Name of the operating system
• Name of the downloaded files
• Data volume
IP address
It is possible that personal data will be collected, processed or used when visiting our websites. In individual cases (e.g. with so-called static IP addresses), however, the creation of a personal reference would be theoretically conceivable. As a provider, however, we have no interest in establishing a personal reference and will not do so in principle. The identity of the users is not known to us and we do not take any steps to obtain corresponding information elsewhere.
Legal basis of this data processing is point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the operation of these websites and to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data processed via these websites.
Cookies
We use so-called cookies to control the websites and to design the processes during use. These are small text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on your computer system. If you call up a website, a cookie can be stored on your operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when you return to the website. This serves, for example, to recognise you while navigating our pages and to make navigation easier for you. Cookies are stored on your computer. You therefore have full control over the use of cookies. By selecting the appropriate technical settings in your Internet browser, you can be notified before cookies are set and decide individually whether to accept them or not, and prevent the storage of cookies and transmission of the data they contain. Already stored cookies can be deleted at any time. However, we would like to point out that you may not be able to use all functions of these websites to their full extent.
Please use the help function of your browser to make the appropriate changes.
Technically necessary cookies
As far as no other information is given in the following privacy notice, we only use these technically necessary cookies for the purpose of making our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser even after a page change and to offer you services. Some functions of our websites cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these it is necessary that the browser is recognized even after a change of page.
Legal basis of this data processing is based on point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the guarantee of optimal functionality of the websites and a user-friendly and effective design of our offer.
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to processing of personal data concerning you, based on point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
Web analysis
There is currently no web analysis on our websites.
Google Maps
On our websites we use a Plugin of Google Maps. The operator of Google Maps is Google Ireland Limited. By using Google Maps on our website, personal data may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and also stored there. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the transmitted data, nor of its use by Google. You can find more information about the privacy notice here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de and terms of use of Google Maps here: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps/
With regard to data processing by Google, it should be noted that the appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google in the USA in the context of its participation in the so-called “Privacy Shield” (list entry) and the measures taken by Google for data protection and data security.
Legal basis of this data processing is based on point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
Facebook
We use our Facebook fan page to inform you about our company, our products and our services. And, of course, also to get in touch and communicate with Facebook users. Furthermore, your data is usually also processed for market research and advertising purposes. Thus, for example, user profiles can be created from your usage behaviour and the interests that arise from it. These user profiles can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside of Facebook that presumably correspond to your interests. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on your computer, in which the usage behaviour and your interests are saved. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the user profiles independently of the devices you use (especially if you are a Facebook member and logged in).
Legal basis of this data processing is based on point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is an effective information and communication with you. If you are asked by Facebook to consent to the aforementioned data processing, the legal basis of the processing is based on point (a) Art. 6 (1), Art. 7 GDPR.
Technically, the data processing is provided by Facebook. In this respect we refer to the Facebook data policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
For a detailed description of the respective processing and the possibilities of objection, we refer to the following linked information. Also in the case of requests for information and the assertion of your user rights, we point out that these can be asserted most effectively with Facebook. Only Facebook has access to your data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly:
https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/information_about_page_insights_data
https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum
According to the case law of the European Court of Justice, parts of the Facebook fan page may be jointly determined by Facebook and us, that we shall be joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR). This processing is then carried out on the basis of a joint controller agreement, which can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/dataprocessing
YouTube
We have included videos from the external video provider YouTube on our websites. The operator of YouTube is Google Ireland Limited. The integration of the videos leads to calls on the provider’s servers, in this case YouTube. For the associated use of your browser data, we refer you to the respective privacy notice of the provider responsible for the corresponding data processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6 (1) GDPR.
Links to other websites
Some of our websites contain links to other websites which are not operated by us (third-party websites). We do not control these third-party websites and are neither responsible for their content nor their handling/processing of personal data. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with the data protection regulations. The operators of the linked third-party websites are solely responsible for their content.
Recipients/transfer of data
We use service providers for the operation of these websites. These service providers may receive knowledge of personal data. We select our service providers carefully and take all measures required by data protection law for permissible data processing.
Data processing outside the European Union
With the exception of the uses mentioned above, we do not process your personal data in a third country outside the European Union.
Period of storage
The personal data will be deleted as a matter of principle unless there is a need for further processing. A requirement may exist in particular if the data is still needed to fulfil contractual services. In the case of legal storage obligations, deletion only comes into consideration after expiry of the respective storage obligation.
Your rights
You, as data subject, have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data. In this matter you can at any time contact us or our data protection officer. For any non-written enquiry we need the confirmation that you are the data subject. Thank you for your understanding. If it is legal you also have the right to rectification, erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
You have the right to withdraw your given consent at any time. The withdrawal applies to the future with immediate effect. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
