The insensiv gas cylinder machine is designed for the fully automatic return and dispensing of all standard 5kg, 8kg, and 11kg propane gas cylinders made of steel and aluminum. Customers can conveniently insert and remove gas cylinders via one door.
A camera-based analysis reliably recognizes and identifies each gas cylinder, ensuring that only approved cylinders are accepted by the machine. After acceptance, the cylinders are automatically transported via a roller system to the machine’s storage area, where they are collected on a input lane.
Up to 72 full gas cylinders can be stored on the four output lanes in the storage area. Payment for the cylinders can be done cashless at the card terminal or by scanning a voucher.

Operation by the customer is simple and intuitive via a 15″ touch display. This makes gas cylinder exchange fast, uncomplicated, and available at any time.
Reliable analysis of entered gas cylinders
In order to clearly identify gas cylinders, the camera-based and AI-assisted recognition unit of the gas cylinder machine checks the following characteristics:
• Cylinder size (5 kg, 8 kg or 11 kg)
• Colour (purchased or rental cylinder)
• Cylinder material (steel or aluminium)
• Presence of safety cap or collar
• Label and side imprint of the gas filler for rental cylinders
This ensures that only approved cylinders are accepted and returned by the machine.
