With the founding of insensiv develop, insensiv GmbH is starting a new chapter in its history. The wholly owned subsidiary will concentrate on the strategic development of existing technological ideas and projects – detached from the core business of the parent company and with a clear focus on sustainable product developments.

Focus on high-end technology and new business areas

In recent years, insensiv GmbH has repeatedly come up with innovative product ideas and technical developments that are not related to its core business. In the future, this potential will be systematically developed and brought to market maturity – together with partner companies that will be recruited to complement technological expertise with appropriate market access. The aim is to create market-ready solutions based on existing ideas or concepts within the framework of joint ventures.

“I have a lot of product ideas that I would like to realize in the future, but they are not part of insensiv’s core business,” says Christian Gieselmann, managing director of insensiv GmbH and founder of insensiv develop. “With insensiv develop, we are now creating the structural space for making this happen.”

New addition to the team: Alena Kuhlmeier takes over strategic management

Alena Kuhlmeier has been recruited as Head of Strategy and Organization for the development and strategic orientation of insensiv develop. She will be responsible for the operational implementation and structured expansion of the new company and will establish contacts with potential partner companies.

“We are delighted to have Alena on board for this task. With her experience and clear strategic vision, she is exactly the right person for the new role. I am convinced that together we can achieve a successful outcome in the near future,” said Christian Gieselmann.

Alena Kuhlmeier adds: “insensiv’s technological expertise in the field of image processing and automation technology has the potential to be exploited in many other areas of application, particularly in the context of drone technology and robotics. After a successful audit, insensiv has received certification for its quality management according to the current DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The compliance with high standards in the context of quality assurance has always been an important corporate principle, which has now also been officially confirmed. With this certification, insensiv wants to guarantee its customers the high quality and reliability of its products and services.

“With the certification of the quality management standard, we can now officially prove the high professionalism of the quality assurance of our company and our products,” comments Christian Gieselmann, managing partner of insensiv GmbH. “For us, however, this also means permanently improving the quality of our work. Therefore, we will of course continue to actively work on maintaining and enhancing our quality benchmark.” The continuous maintenance of all standards will be checked in the future by annual monitoring audits.

The certificate was issued after the successful completion of a certification audit by TÜV Hessen. The entire preparation process took about a year. “The decisive factor for the success of the certification project was, in addition to the good preparation, especially our already existing, efficient process structure,” explains Sandra Bugiel, Chief Financial Officer at insensiv and head of the project team. “Our entire team, across all departments, played its part in the successful audit.”

insensiv was able to use the certification process to optimize structures and responsibilities within the framework of quality management. As an internationally recognized standard, DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 creates worldwide confidence in the quality of products and services and thus strengthens the internationalization of the company.
